IMPORTANT: In this period of health crisis, here are the clauses of the contract concerning cancellations due to covid 19 and this without subscribing to the cancellation option it is automatically included in all contracts.
- In case of confinement due to Covid or a positive PCR test (under presentation of the proof) the campsite undertakes to send you a credit of the amount paid of your stay in the form of a credit note valid for 18 months.
For credits issued in 2020 and 2021 In case of non-use of this credit at the end of the 18 months, you have the possibility to make a refund request by post accompanied by a bank RIB (refund request to be made between 18 and 24 months).
For credits issued from January 1, 2022 the credit is valid for 18 months then it will be definitively lost in case of non-use unless you have subscribed to the cancellation option in this case you can request the refund (without the booking fees) and under proof
